Chris Castaneda - Guitar/Vocals Influences - Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix, Carlos Santana, Albert, Freddie and B.B. King. Chris has been playing guitar since the age of twelve. Considered by many to be a prodigy, he is arguably the best blues guitarist in Central Texas. Chris plays with an intensity that can only be described at "Electrified". Equipment - Chris uses and abuses a '94 Fender Sunburst Stratocaster with Texas Special pickups, a '92 Fender SRV Signature Series Stratocaster. Also a 2x12 Fender Blues DeVille amp, and Vox Wah Wah, Ibanez tube screamer pedal. | |

John Castaneda - Drums Influences - Chris Layton, Kenny Arnoff and Dave Weckl John has been playing drums since the age of ten. His steadiness, timing and creativity create musical accents that really add to the "Pride and Joy" sound. John's natural talents gives reason to believe that he is the most gifted member of the band. Equipment - John smashes and bashes a gold sparkle vintage Ludwig drum kit, a Black Tama drum kit and uses Pro-Mark drum sticks. | |

Tony Castaneda - Bass/Back up Vocals Influences - Verdine White, Double Trouble and Chris Castaneda. Tony has been playing bass since 1995. He views his playing as a supportive role, much like parenting. He enjoys being a part of "Pride and Joy" because it is both exciting and fun and it also gives him an opportunity to spend time with his two sons. Equipment - Tony plays a Fender Standard and American Standard Precision bass thru a Fender BXR 300C Fender bass amp. | |
